Since I personally started eating #aipdiet - 4 months ago, I have been dreading the holiday season and trying to find snacks and foods that my children will actually eat. And this is a recipe they love! I saw in a magazine where they had taken cookie cutters and cut out shapes from tortillas. Since I needed to be #glutenfree #cornfree and #nutfree to be compliant with Autoimmune Protocol, I thought it was hopeless. That was until I discovered #cassavaflour tortillas! Cassava is a root vegetable so it also qualifies as #grainfree too! These are easy to snag in FW at the specialty stores, but did you know that the #hudsonoaks @walmart has a brand called Mickey’s Tortillas in the freezer section?! 😳😍🎉

So I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, took out the tortillas, used my bat 🦇 cookie cutter, brushed on some melted coconut oil, sprinkled some coconut sugar and cinnamon and then baked until desired crispness (it was around 3-4 minutes for us) and voila! It gave me such a reminiscence of #mychildhood when eating #cinnamontoast 💕. XO @drmichelleparker.caccp.ibclc
