GluTen free fish sticks using air fryer

Our entire family is gluten-free and there are certain dishes that can bring comfort, but not always taste the same gluten-free as we remember. The air fryer has made a huge difference in elevating the taste of our gluten-free dishes and when used to make fish sticks, our family asked for it to be put on the regular rotation menu. πŸ™ŒπŸ’œ

RECIPE:

Thawed #wildcaught cod cut in large strips (we did 1”x4-5”), seasoned with salt and pepper and let soak for 20 minutes. Coated in @arrowheadmills cornmeal that is #organic and #glutenfree 1x. We did add some seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder to our cornmeal). Then dip in an egg wash and then a second coating of cornmeal. Place in air fryer from @unprocessyourfood at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until flaky.

Serve with some homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce and you have yourself an amazing + simple dinner.
