How to help with daylight savings time for little ones (and their mamas!)
1. Look at the sunshine on the ground or sunshine on your face as soon as you wake up
2. Place your body on the earth (get grounded for 5-10 minutes a day)
3. Wear blue light blocking glasses when the sun goes down if devices have to be on- bonus if all devices get turned off 1 hour before bed
4. Take 1/2-1 shot of tart red cherry juice 1 hour before bed for melatonin support
5. Magnesium glycinate for extra sleep + mind support
