Place 3 organic chicken breasts, seasoned to your family’s preference
1 small jar of salsa
1 can of black beans, rinsed
Half a bag of frozen, organic corn
Sliced fresh okra, or half a bag of frozen okra
8 cups of chicken broth
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
When done, scoop out into bowl and add sliced avocado, crushed blue corn tortilla chips, dollop of sour cream, sprinkle of organic shredded cheese and a squeeze of fresh lime. Yummo.
